4. Morgan Plaza Beijing
The Morgan Plaza is a super-luxury 7 star hotel under construction in Beijing, China. Although it was set to be finished last month’s, there has been no official confirmation of it completion yet but it definitely going to be completed in time for the Beijing Olympics. When completed it is rumoured to be possibly more luxurious than the Burj Al Arab and has been considered to be the official landmark of China, still in competition with the Shanghai World Financial Center.
The plaza will contain two pavilions, a temple, the world’s best Japanese restaurant and a 600 meter long corridor.

Tameer Towers – Abu Dhabi Get its 7-Star Hotel

The ultimate in luxurious living and prestige has just been signed by Tameer holdings, one of the leading real estate companies in the region. The cascading skyscraper development will contain 4 residential towers, stepped villas and townhouses, a commercial tower, a 7-star-luxury-business hotel, a private marina and a vibrant canal promenade.
Tameer has contracted Gensler to design this project which has been estimated to be worth some AED 100 million. The whole project is expected to reach some AED 13 billion (which is around $3.5 billion).

Tameer Towers in Shams Abu Dhabi is located on Reem island and considered to be one of the most significant real estate developments in the city.
The developments centerpiece will be the 73-story Commercial Tower which will be diamond shaped. It hugs the canal and a pedestrian walkway at base level, while built up terraces will cascade into the marina and the canal at the same time.
Separate driveways are assigned to each elevated villa with private garden, great views, a terrace and swimming pool.

Aeroscraft: The flying luxury hotel of tomorrow

The flying hotel with an area equal to two football fields hangs in air with 14 million cubic feet of helium, huge electric and hydrogen fuel cell powered propellers and six turbofan jet engines. The hotel can accommodate 250 passengers driving them at a speed of 174 miles per hour up to 6, 000 miles.Flying 8,000 feet above in the air, the 165×244x647 feet airship will provide tourists hi-tech amenities including casino, restaurants and staterooms.Designer Igor Pasternak has also plans to float a cargo-carrying version too once the project takes off. In a city known for pampering its guests, there's no shortage of places to bask in the warm glow of magnificent opulence as a luxury hotel in Las Vegas. The hardest part might be choosing which of these cavernous casinos is best suited for you.
The newest of the Las Vegas luxury hotels is the Wynn, which is making its case to be the most remarkable hotel on the entire Las Vegas strip. Building on what has made every other luxury hotel in Las Vegas so popular, the Wynn is already one of the most talked about locations in the city, and it's no surprise why; one step inside the front door and you'll see one of the grandest accomplishments of the strip. The décor is immaculate, the limits high and if you are lucky enough to see the penthouse suites atop the hotel, it's a sight you'll never forget.
If the Wynn isn't quite your style, though, there are still plenty of old standbys to fall upon. The Bellagio is still the bellwether for Las Vegas luxury hotels, its opulent entryway and flourishing fountains are signature sights for anyone making their way down the strip. The rooms are debatably the best of any in the city, there are six pools to lounge by during the day, and the Spa Bellagio is the definition of relaxation and indulgence.
The immense Caesars Palace, is another of the most emblematic casinos on the strip. As far as Las Vegas luxury hotels go, you'll find few better than this one: it has all the amenities of a five star hotel, one of the top clubs in Pure, and the kind of gambling that typifies Vegas excess.
Another top luxury hotel in Las Vegas is Mandalay Bay. With its soft blues and extensive table games, not to mention some of the best shopping corridors in the city, you can get just about anything here. The Paris hotel is not far behind in terms of treating yourself, plus you get to pretend you are in the romance capital of the world with the replica Eiffel Towel looking down on you.
Treasure Island, MGM Grand and the Mirage also must be included into any discussion of Las Vegas luxury hotels. In any other city, these mammoth hotels would be the shining jewel of the region - in Vegas they are merely "amongst the best". Which is why you should definitely give them a shot - each one is swanky beyond description, while giving you access to some of the most popular Vegas nightlife and shows.
Off strip hotels are no less luxurious, particularly in the cases of the Palms and the Hard Rock Hotel. Both seem to think luxurious is synonymous with a party atmosphere, though, so if that's not your idea of indulging yourself it's best to look elsewhere.

The hotel boasts of the world’s tallest atrium, which is 180-meters (590 feet) tall.The suspended helipad on the top adds to the grandeur of the hotel. The lavish interior skillfully mingles the best of design ethics from both the east and the west. The 8,000 square meters of 22-carat gold leaf and 24,000 square meters of 30 different types of marbles give the hotel an enigmatic touch.
